Armed with a pair of special custom-made high-caliber revolvers he affectionately calls "the girls"—likely gifts from an old friend—Billy provides fire support from behind while his teammates take the front, though his tendency to forget his ammo count adds an element of unpredictable chaos to every mission. Despite his unreliable appearance, this devoted fan of idol Monica transforms into a serious force when challenged, proving that beneath the Starlight Knight quotes and casual demeanor lies a warrior who can take on any threat, his combat programming and championship experience making him far more than just the team's comic relief.
