Alexandrina Sebastiane, known as Rina, is the elegant head maid of Victoria Housekeeping Co. and the organization's most senior member—a woman of immaculate beauty and noble demeanor who maintains a perpetual gentle smile while being accompanied everywhere by her two Bangboo, the sharp-tongued Drusilla (who can discern her true emotions) and the quieter Anastella (who endures Drusilla's teasing). Born into a family whose generations have served as attendants to the most prominent figures (and from whom even Lycaon learned some skills), Rina places enormous importance on her impeccable image, handling even the most challenging clients with professional grace while Drusilla occasionally blurts out her true thoughts. Her favorite hobby is cooking, though her dishes are legendary for being survivable only by a rare few—Ellen Joe being the sole known member who can consume them without distress, leading Fairy to cruelly suggest the Proxies test if they might be "the Chosen One." Whether she's gliding through Sixth Street conducting field research for service expansion, preparing snacks that send interviewees fleeing, or fighting with an elegance that makes even violence symphonic, Rina remains a paradox: the most refined maid in New Eridu whose greatest weapon might not be her Bangboo, but her kitchen.
