Once an orphan wandering with her sister, she was taken in by the previous High Preceptor and quickly mastered every technique, creating her own like the Qingming Bird—a special technique developed alongside her sister that now fights alongside her, fusing with the silver-haired master when calamity strikes and only then revealing what it truly means to be a Grandmaster. After the fall of the old capital, she lost all interest in the char siu buns she once loved sharing with her sister, a secret her disciples mistake for picky eating, and now she walks streets where people see only a fortune-telling temple rather than a sanctuary, accepting invitations from Mayor Mayflower while guarding memories best left to fade. Whether she's telling disciples to photograph talismans and check weather apps, gazing through the Qingming Bird with an uncanny resemblance to her own expression, or silently walking into endless darkness as stories tell, Yixuan remains the calm at fate's center—one who has seen too many joys and sorrows to be surprised, too many twists to be moved, yet still shows up when despair howls, because some things you hold most dear should remain deep in your heart, even if you never let your true emotions show.
